I fight hard everyday to keep going, working, hanging out with friends, completing daily tasks. I struggle with negative obsessive thoughts, scaring myself about the future and just putting myself down. I get lots of support and it’s hard to feel it deeply. How do you keep going when you feel a lot of pain?

You're not alone. We're so much. And i'm sorry you're there too but it gets better
I can relate. Everyday is a struggle for me as well. Just going to work, going out and doing activities takes a lot of energy. The great thing is you have alot of support. I have this community but not much else for support. I try to walk it off and that usually helps. Its hard to get out of bed each morning. Dont usually look forward to each day except when I go to sleep.
I feel like that too. My friend Dolphin14 a wise friend said to make the best of it when suffering. So I’m trying to do little things to make we my situation and others’ situations better as well as I can. I know it’s hard. But we will get through it.

Hey There! I'm new to this group. I just want to share with you that just talking about how you feel and understanding where your feelings are coming from is a healthy step to managing your mental health. Also, don't keep how you feel inside, let those feelings out- cry, vent, pray, and most importantly, talk to someone. When I'm feeling pain, I try to to search inside myself and think about where this is coming from and what can I do to take care of myself- exercise, or find something to change my mood. I wish you well!
