Life is falling apart every day

Hi, this is hard for me, but I am going through a really hard time, my husband of 18 yrs my best friend since 7th grade has left me and my 4 four girls. He just filed for divorce and already has moved in with his new girlfriend and her 3 kids. I do not even know where to begin, my emotions are hitting me like freight train, and I am so lost, trying to be strong for my kids but they are really hurt as well. Our entire life is falling apart and it gets worse every day. I need support and advice.

Oh no. I am so sorry for sever blow you were just hit with. We went through infidelity issues in our marriage. It was a brutal season of life. We to had 3 kiddos.

So sorry to hear about what happened to you as you described recently....I am wondering if you might have spoken to or have access to a crisis counselor or support worker. They might be very helpful with advice and support, and/or show you where to get assistance . Hope this helps xo

Sometimes life can give us real hard times. This is one of them. But I know you are going to be fine! You have your kids and you are brave! I find guided breathing exercises free on you tube to help., they have so many good ones. I find a 10 minute cool shower to help. With the goal of a cold shower in a couple months. And you can’t beat daily cardio exercise to help burn off steam and calm down., and just hanging out being a family and loving each other!

I am so sorry you are going through this. I have been through this as well. It is extremely painful. Do you have any close friends or family that you can share this with? You're going to need a good support system to help you. Hugs to you.

This is one of the most painful things in life you can go through. I hope you can find a divorce type of support group to help you through it. I suffered through this painful loss and disloyalty many years ago when my sons were 6 months old and 5 years old.😫 I was so broken hearted I literally thought I was going to die but I didn't. God is near to the broken hearted and he will guide you and sustain you.💔 I am praying for you. 🙏💞
