Well the first thing is welcome how severe does it get does it cause panic attacs does it keep you from doing things

Hi Softball. Just joined here too. Need to reach out somehow to the larger world. It feels a bit strange to be honest that I cannot talk to anyone around me. Honestly feels like people I love are sick of hearing about how sad I an all the time. How do you deal with your anxiety at the moment ?

I’m trying not to resist these feelings of dread and all the physical and emotional feelings that overwhelm me. “Pain plus resistance equals suffering.” So I’m trying not to resist but it’s easier said than done. I guess I’m trying to surrender all of these feelings to someone greater than me since I can’t win this battle alone. Not sure that was much help.
