Sick of feeling sick

i feel like i get my spirits up and then the next minute i feel like crying. i just want to feel better for once.

That happens to me often. I've been studying things like gratitude and self compassion. When I feel good I fill myself with positive thoughts, concepts, remind myself what I'm thankful for, try to encourage others, and then the bad doesn't hit nearly as hard. I hope that's helpful
