so this guy i really liked apparently has a girlfriend and he didn't tell me until just a couple minutes ago. we've been talking for like a month and have known each other for maybe a bit over a three years. i actually thought it was going somewhere and then boom he just decides to let me know now after I caught all the feelings and shit. i want to break down and cry. i feel so nauseous and my heart is beating fuckin uncontrollably. this is always what happens and i don't know what's wrong and why guys i like always never return the feelings. god this is so stupid I'm sorry

I don’t think you’re stupid at all, sometimes people play games and will lead you on, that’s not your fault or has anything to do with you. With time, you’ll be able to identify men who will pursue you and treat you right. Not boys because they don’t really know what they want so I wouldn’t expect too much from them. Well not all boys, I guess there’s some good ones haha.

Plus, if you were in his girlfriends place, I don’t think you’d want him leading other girls on. I think you dodged a bullet. I’m sorry you already caught feelings, but to heal it will help to realize why things didn’t fall through. I see lots of red flags. 😐

i’m sorry i feel the same way...though about women since i’m a lesbian...people are people. i think by your description he probably is attracted to you but is confused, himself. people in relationships can still be attracted to other people and for varying reasons many like to flirt. it’s hard these days being able to go out and meet people and work is one of the few places we interact with people.
