My depression ruin my relationship

I got laid off from a job I loved and break up with my girlfriend in the same month. Also dealing with childhood trauma.

It made me so insecure about myself, where I didn’t trust her. When I was going through an episode I was yelling at her so many hurtful things that I can never take back. It’s like I was telling myself to shut up but I couldn’t.

Just feel like if I didn’t have depression my relationship would’ve been fine

Sorry you are going through this. Anxiety and depression is hard to deal with. Unfortunately, It comes to life on its own.
