Seriously I should. I know sitting on my phone doesn’t help, but it’s quiet and keeps my mind occupied from going crazy with negative thoughts.

Take all of your helpful medications. Some of them might feel uncomfortable, however, if you try them... They will work. I am resistant to taking nighttime meds. I always regret it in the morning.

I used to take lorazepam. Worked like a charm. My dr doesn’t want to keep prescribing it. The struggle is not falling asleep, it’s staying asleep. Taking sleep meds in the middle of the night is a huge regret in the morning.
