Football Sunday

Normally on Sundays, we do not leave the house haha. Football is a big staple in our family and with having the Sunday ticket we are couch potatoes for the day. It is something that honestly institutes much needed bonding between my husband and I and I love watching when my kids take the time to sit and watch a little here and there. It’s our one day to kind of let everything else go and enjoy some family football time. Go Browns!

Been a brownie my whole life haha. Glad Mahomes is back. Hopefully the offensive line can keep Mahomes from getting hurt again. His biggest weakness is physical football. Do you partake in fantasy football at all?

Yep. Absolutely adore it. It becomes an additional hobby on top of just enjoying watching sports.

Used to. But, my league was a group of personal friends that were together 14 full years before it broke up.

We had our own FFB game that we created, plus we pickled all the games every week + we played about 10 additional gamed we had created. I really, really miss talking FB with other people!

My husband and I do picks every week. We normally will add wagers and such. We are in a couple of leagues this year. I was in a lot more last season, but it took up so much time haha.

I’m really hoping the Browns turn their season around or I may cry. 😂

I felt like crying while Mahomes was out. LAP felt like crying when GB didn't actually show up last week.

But, I lived in Cincinnati for 57 years. We were enemies of the Browns. Of course, I couldn't stand the Bengals either....We called them the Bungles.

But, I can root for your team if you root for mine....(lol)

I read the analysis of the game. The analyst said that GB's defense is in some kind of funk and that GB will have to learn to win shootouts for awhile! That's about all KC does with Mahomes in there is have shootouts! (lol)

Today Liverpool play a big match in about an hours time ..

I find it a great distraction from my overthinking ruminating mind 😊 I get lots of peace when watching but also sometimes high blood pressure if my team are losing haha

I am from Minneapolis. Growing up you could stand outside my step grandparents house and listen to the vikings game. That was cool, but sports wasnt a big deal in our house. Military brat moved around alot. Fishing, camping, hunting, ice skating and so on. It was just differant for us. I am glad your family enjoys and hangs out together thats so cool.

Oh my another Browns fan..nice to meet you...and they WON! Yippee! It was an ugly game though...I guess Bake isn't feeling dangerous this year..what on earth has happened to him..or is it just the curse on our team, ha! They always have us on the edge of our sofa or chair now don't they, ha!

OBJ needs to get the ball more often...to get down to the red zone and you can't get it in ...they should be better than that...give it to Chubb...the man can run through a brick wall I think at times, ha! Baker hasn't looked as good as last year though...we've got the steelers next...oh boy!
