Is my body rejecting ciralopram?

Hi I’ve been on citalopram 20mg for 3/4 years now and it’s been a life saver. Lately I’ve been feeling really strange like a dizzy feeling and my body feels like it’s vibrating or tingling. Has anyone else had this?

Don't know your age, but have you had your blood pressure checked?I felt like that a bit when l developed high blood pressure aged 42

I don't know if this helps, but what you are describing sounds like the withdrawal symptoms I had when I went away for a week with out my pills. I am on 40mg/day. I had similar side-effects when I started on the drugs. I noticed it particularly when I made any sudden movements or turned my head.
