competed with an ordinary horse in canadian championships we funded through jobs - eventing coached for forty years, Vet med icu/anesthesai/course design, ...retired profesosr...blah so what......we all start at the begiining....we all start as beginners....at least u have the stuff to make ur dream a reality....i encourage people all the time...99 are to scared..whih i get....to be a player and not soomeone wathing life from the bench....99999 bravos....i wanted to be on a team early in life...chickedn out.....stupidist thin=g i ever did...made up my mind...id rather be i last place but on the team.......and i dont consider myselr exeptional..just hard worker......bully for u....living ur dream

i learned from all the abuse and from watching others that i picked things up from...liek skii instrudcotors.....they are brilliant...pradtide fallintg edown....and eferyheon laugh...i adopted their methods ....but no student...no instrudotr ane they are the first to cheer on students ....i agee.....we all have fear but get through it....and those instructors dont harass peple for micro mistrakes.....most of my skills are from relentless pradtide practice.....beleife me when u see a student a sitting around crying bedause they cant be insttnat sucess and u see another busting thier tails.....they inspire u agtain...........u ....inspire..........not me.......

friends ur for pursuiting ur dream....not ur level- sure u know that...so many are afraid to step across the line to their goals and dreams....they will NOT come to us as u know...i can not develop the skill or the knowledge...that has to come from the person and how bad they want it - to overcome or work through fear....encouragement helps anyone.....but iv shown peopel tons of time....the hardest part is starting....no matter how small.....they wont...live in=their own prison..of fear of failure yet to true teadhers.....as u know...there is no such thing- so impressed u dared to live ur dream......sooo impressed.

take the lead- rather they listen to u....sound v experenced and it does not ** have to come from me....so many people and young pepole need*** guidance from experenced people....but they have to find the right fit...as u know....as long as they dont sit on the bench wishing....or locked out of society ....preachign to the choir director....thanks so much know u understand and have lived it.....
