Hello, just looking for someone to talk to. So anxious today, keep seeing the news, keep hearing the news, so worried, can't stop the chattering in my mind. Feel like my heart is racing so keep taking my pulse obsessively, nothing wrong there, 63 per minute, but that's not good enough so do it again a minute later! Constantly checking my temperature... Aarrgghh!!! So annoying, talk sense into me... You guys always do!!

Stop watching the news - stop listening to the news.
Take the basic precautions and (if possible & weather permitting) go out for a walk somewhere nice.
Did you do as Mary suggested? How are you today?
Just watching the pm speech of the day, and that's it. Found a lovely meditation session and have walked for 3 miles!
Are you feeling less anxious today? Try to continue limiting news and quieting your mind.
