I've been thinking about this for a long time. I know these exams are which decides whether I get the degree or not. But I can't handle the disappointment because I can't study properly, my mind is not getting what I'm studying, I can't remember anything that I studied.. it's been a horrible few years academic wise.
What I'm planning is if I skip these exams, then I can retry later after getting my breathe back and mind focused.

It is normal to feel nervous and somewhat anxious to take tests. No one really likes them. I know its hard but you can do it. Leave aside your expectation that you must be perfect. The sky wont fall either way but if you do take your exams, I think you will be proud of yourself.
Guaranteed to fail. If you take them and fail wouldnβt you learn what you need work on?
Going forward there are many strategies to learn. You probably just need to find the right one. I learn by having a test and βcheatingβ by hunting down the answers. Reading alone or lectures are no good. I get totally distracted. In HS I totally failed algebra until I was in summer school (having failed it) and had to do it on my own. Databases are completely built on algebra and that is what I do!
Your anxiety is lying to you. You will be fine. You take one item at a time on the test. You have been studying so give yourself a chance. Take that test so you can just get it done. Please believe me.
"anxiety is lying to you" I think I never read it before and I find this sentence so important, I mean, anxiety can do that? I don't knew it, thank you, maybe your words find me in the right time
"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take" - I agree, really sounds like anxiety is lying to you. One thing that helps me sometimes is to focus not on successful completion, but on the relief of getting though it, literally just the act of getting to the other side. That's not going to happen if you skip/postpone. Do your best, or your worst, but either way, show up. You may surprise yourself with what you accomplish on the way.
