Hard time
Have you been doing it a lot then?
Hello,. In my case I notice that when nothing is going on and there is nowhere to rush to, It's been a battle to get up and move, also I notice that the more I sleep the more I want to sleep? Lol Many days I have to Force myself to lightly jog in place followed by other exercises ( with loud music through my earbuds to make this all possible). It gets my blood flowing and I feel better and "Alive" after I'm through
Been like that for decades, I have epilepsy the seizures are brought on via worry and depression, I am a terrible sleeper, might take me hours to get to sleep, in the morning ALWAYS the worst time of the day, more prone to a seizure brought about via worrying about an event [of any type] thus my body adjusting lack of sleep, always try to get ANY appointment put to afternoon. A shower always helps me in the morning, usually able to adjust from then on? I have had 400+ seizures, about 350 of them happened in the morning, usually within two hours of waking up! Trying to get to bed earlier does not work, just stay awake longer. Over the 50 years I have had Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy, I have had to adjust to the side effects of the medication, which in some respects can be more dangerous than the actual seizures. Just stay from me in the morning, not a nice person!😤
Omg YES! It's been going on for quite awhile, and has me quite concerned..the darkness n cold weather doesn't help, again I'm worried as Bed has become my sanctuary, it's scary n unhealthy..
Hi Sarah,Hope you are feeling better now.
You are not alone. I got some work to do but I am stuck in bed for hours. I have a flu too. I am hoping all will be well soon.
Maybe its just in adjustment phase. You'll see.
