Anxiety and i need help

good evening

I have a problem and I hope you can help me with it.

I am 24 years old and I have depression and I feel that every thing closed around me there is nothing good to see I don't go out and don't eat well, even my life with my friends and family has become complicated I only sleep a few hours, anxiety eats my head and I can't stop thinking it affects my life in all respects negatively and I don't know what to do

I think the most important thing is to get out of your own head. Take walks journal meditate! My son. Has ocd so he would ruminate on thoughts Zoloft is helping him immensely. I’m not an advocate for all meds but some really do help talk to a professional. Do don’t think! Get some nutrients in you fruits vegetables proteins.

Having someone to talk to can really help and relieve a lot of stress. If you can find a therapist that matches with you well it could really turn things around. I wish you the best of luck in that and all else. 😍
