Great that U handled it better. U R also more attuned to your body and this is vey helpful. Still having my that shaking isn’t pleasant. U were very brave to come to this site.
I’m so sorry you were feeling badly. 😢 I’m glad the worst has past.
I think talking yourself through it can be helpful. “I’m having a big panic attack. I don’t like this but I can tolerate it. This will be over soon. I’m safe.”
