First day back

I work two jobs to help support my family unfortunately I had to take a leave of absence from one of my jobs the full-time job to take care of my grandmother who is very very ill well she's finally letting me go back to my part-time job and it was my first day back and needless to say it sucked it was a lot of work that I haven't done in months so I feel like going home cuddling with my daughter and passing out but on the bright side being back to work was really good for my mental health being around other people and socializing I didn't feel quite as alone

That is so true, as tiring as working can be, there can be that benefitof it allowing you to feel alive and not so alone in life. xx

Totally agree with U. I do miss the interaction with other people but at the same time need to accept the reality of this pandemic. I’m alone in my apartment but listening to music I like and have the TV on. It’s a pacifier for me.

I give U all the credit in the world in working 2 jobs to support your family. Happy that U were able to return to your other job. Especially with the pandemic and living by myself, I know the feeling of isolation. I’m here 4 U. Hugs Shnookie

When im physically active I do notice that my anxiety/depression is not that bad that day. Dont really like to think or analyze things as much because i dont want to get anxious.
