I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. My heart goes out to you, your brother, and the rest of your family. Can you articulate a little bit more about what what fears create your anxiety? I know that seems like a strange question, but having lost a loved one, I know there were a lot of things I struggled with. For instance:
* I was worried about the physiological process of death. Would there be signs that signal imminent death? What are there? Would I know when it's coming?
* How would he died specifically? What would the physical process of death be?
* Would he suffer? Would there be pain? What could I do to minimize suffering?
* They say that energy is neither created nor destroyed. How can I understand this with respect to death?
* How will me family look after this death? Will be family members be ok? What will the financial situation be?
If you can pinpoint where your larger concerns are and sort through things a bit, it may help to talk about things more specifically. This community can be a great resource for you - as can grief, loss, bereavement groups, and (if you're up for it) individual counseling.
