Depression sucks

I feel like most people dont see how serious depression can be. Many think depression is just being sad all the time, but it goes wayyyy deeper than that. I have noticed every time I try to open up and express how I feel I get judged. I feel all alone in the world most days. I just wish I would be accepted.

And not just the emotional but it literally goes into physical and so many people just get the seriousness of depression and other mental issues

I'm in a major depression right now . Its been over a week . And you're right alot of people don't fully understand it . Unless they themselves have been through it. I feel alone all the time and today was one of the worst days for me.

This site is actually really great and I'm glad I found it because it does let me know there's more people and it's not just me. And everybody is so kind on here. Actually amazing to not find one single bad apple on here.

Yes you are not alone in this! I know how difficult it can be and I know I do not personally know you but I am proud of you. Proud that you are still fighting through the storm. You got this!

I feel like people don't see it as a medical condition. They think we are being dramatic or just doing it for attention and it sucks because that haven't been through it . But we are here to support you. ❤️❤️❤️
