Is there a particular type of therapy that helps manage emotions? For me, specifically anger? When I was in DBT the only skill that worked for me was radical acceptance. I've used it quite a few times and it has diffused a plethora of situations and prevented the scenario from escalating. But I still slip up, I still get angry, I still yell and have my separate personality take over. I am going to my school's psychological services tomorrow to see what they offer. I will likely be searching for telehealth services. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice night everyone!

Do you know why you are angry?
Most people haven't heard of IFS therapy. It's one of the therapies I am in. You learn to get to the core of your parts. Anger is a part of you. You will learn where it stems from and what it does for you...meaning why it shows up in certain instances. Google IFS therapy in your area.
Best of luck
