I've used BetterHelp in the past, it's $80 per week but I think you can apply to have that price lowered. They match you with a psychologist based on your needs, and you're able to message them within the app anytime, usually receiving a response within 24 hours Monday-Friday. You're also able to schedule virtual appointments with them.

Otherwise, if you have primary care physician you like and trust, start there. They might not be able to help you with the therapy side, but they know someone in their network that can. Using your therapist and PCP together is a great combination of being able to treat the mental health and physical health at the same time, however that looks for you.
