Where does happiness hide?

Hi everyone,

I listened to this last week and it has stuck so well I decided to share. It is hard to feel happy when you are depressed. Still one of the many key points is that our happiness is often driven by expectations rather than living in the moment. It is a different way to think and maybe it offers some peace?
