Hi Everyone 👋 nowadays I'm very sad. Sometimes I cry. I want success and happiness in life but I don't know how to find them. They say happiness is in your heart than why I'm not happy?
I don't know what is success feels like and what is the real success? How can I achieve success, happiness and peace of mind?
I was just wondering this myself. I don’t feel happy. I find myself in circumstances that are difficult but the people I love and hope that God is with me help me to not loose hope for happiness and peace. Some days I feel I have gained success but I think different people have different ideas on what success looks like. For me I’m in continuous search for believing I’m successful and obtaining happiness and peace but my illness takes a lot of that away. I keep trying. I talk to friends, meditate, run , do yoga and go into nature and I can find some peace in this. I hope and pray and many days I just want out completely. Like today. But I’m still here and at least trying to some degree the best I can. Best to you. What are things you love most in life? What motivates you?

You sound very desperate, like your looking for the holy grail.
I think you know the answer to your questions because they are only questions you can answer.
I'm most definitely not there myself, my questions are mounting up like an exam and I feel like a very I'll prepared student!
You need to experience life, do things that scare you, challenge you, that make you happy, that make you sad - live your life to find out how to be happy (and sad because you cant know one without the other)
Success however is many different things to many different people. Maybe having family, having a car, a good job, a nice hair cut I dont know I could go on and on but you need to find it for you, and you know what, dont be scared if it changes if that measure if success and happiness shifts over time - it's a fluid thing and you should be open to fluidity and change.

I think you should take a myers-briggs personality test. That might give you a clue and be entertaining. Different people have different values and therefor success might be different too. I feel the personality test might give you some clues. Good luck
