Hello it's been a long time since last time i posted on this site. How's everyone holding up in this pandemic? Are you feeling okay?
Actually i have a little something that i want to discuss or maybe ask in here. So for the past months i have been having trouble sleeping. It's so hard for me to just sleep right away without having negative feelings and also i straight away open my eyes everytime i hear sounds, even only a little creak or only a tree branch knock on my windows. I became so sensitive, oversensitive i would say. I will be able to sleep after i lay in bed for at least two hours. I can't stop thinking about something bad. I also feel like someone is watching me somewhere in my room and maybe that's why i will straight away open my eyes everytime i hear sounds. It just i cannot feel safe at night.
So is there anyone have the same problem like me? How do you handle it? I'm so tired of not getting enough sleep.
Thank you so much 🙏. I experience it sometimes once in a while . I try to tire myself by doing things like watching something until I get sleepy or I drink tea when I can’t sleep with a spoonful of honey it helped me a lot
