Good morning! I've been away for a very long time. Just gathering my thoughts right now and will respond to anyone who wants to converse. I probably need to be reminded how this works--i guess I will get notification of message via my email and will answer back through a link in that email? please bear with me, as my tech-sadness is stuck back in the 1960's. That is supposed to be tech-saviness.

Hi kenster1. I do remember your "name" from previous. I believe at that time I was grieving the death of my son and maybe the loss of my companion of 7 years. I never actually contracted COVID but I was victimized, having become a couch potato for a year. Now that restrictions are lifted I have started swimming, and have lost weight and overcome sleep apnea. My biggest concern now is hyper acuesis and, at the same time being hearing impaired. I read lips and can usually converse ok as long as voice is not too loud. However many voices at once, or loud radio music is very painful and creates severe anxiety. A dose of extra strength Excedrin and an hour of quietly reading email and writing to you has worked wonders for me this morning THANK YOU!
