Hi Everyone - I'm Back!

Wow, it has been two very long years since I have been back on this site. I could not even tell you why I left, and I often wonder why I did because I felt as though I wasnt alone when I would come on here.

Let me reintroduce myself and give a little bit of what has been going on these past two years.

Im 25 and from the US. I am diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, chronic depression, ADHD, PTSD, and about two months ago I was diagnosed with autism. The autism part is still a bit shocking, and I am still learning more and more about it everyday (it is very mild). I do have other physical issues as well, I am in the process of still figuring out what exactly is wrong. Other than that, I am going to be reevaluated for a bunch of other stuff in June, including dyscalculia.

Life has had many ups and downs lately. More downs, unfortunately, hence why I am back on here. I would be lying if I said that I'm doing well, I am most definitely not, but that is okay - I am a work in progress lol. Now for some good news - I am almost done with nursing school! Woohoo! I also completed two minors. And I could be getting another kitten soon 🥳 Oh! I also made some focaccia bread which turned out amazing.

What I want to get out from this site: make friends, build connections with people just like me, and to overall live a healthy and happy life.

Hey I'm exactly the same a few months ago i came across this site and found it really helpful especially seeing everyone's stories and that I'm not alone! then i randomly stopped using it i dont have a cue why! im 27 year old female who's suffered for years with bad anxiety and depression i have therapy every week and also been diagnosed with autism which was a shock! as i dont really leave the house its hard to keep friendships so i more a less just speak with family now so i also hoping to find friends to chat with. hope your days been well
