Yes, grounding excercise. Look at your surroundings and start talking to yourself about what you see. And try to take slow breaths in between each object or thing you see. It helps tether you back to reality.
Hi Vivi , time pass is right the attack it self won’t hurt you, body will self regulate it. When I was having panic attack I would go for a long walk to burn off the adrenaline I was being pumped full of after about an hr I would calm down. Also if you have access to L Theanine & Omega3 you might want to try them worked well for me they are natures Valium as they regulate glutamates and gaba . Hope you feel better soon😊.
