Hi hope everyone is doing well. I was just looking for some Strategies to cope with anxiety and identifying your triggers. My main problem is I was diagnosed with anxiety, OCD disorder and depression caused by anxiety. So I have anxiety everyday and take natural remedies. Such as herbal supplements. Possibly ADHD I have so much energy can’t relax but get mentally tried not physical and my heart is racing kinda like your fight or flight feels like consistently. Recommendations of a site or app that pin points anxiety tiggers . I start having a panic attack and make situations bigger than they need to be if any. I want to be better for myself and my family. I’m missing out on life with family because anxiety controls me at this point. Help
Any advice on how to identify tiggers of anxiety, coping strategies , Dealing with OCD learning to let go????? I try things but don’t stick to a certain one thing. I fear this is bigger than me and can’t over come. 😢
