Trintellix question

I have treatment resistant depression and my dr prescribed me trintellix 10mg. I also take Welbutrin 100mg twice a day currently. Prior I have been on Welbutrin for years but it seems to partially take away depression symptoms leaving me with disinterest, brain fog, and general down feelings. I have to think maybe it doesn't really work but the Dr. keeps me on it so I dunno. Anyway, taking the trintellix I notice zero change and actually have been having trouble staying asleep and headaches every afternoon since starting it. Does anyone have any experience, insights, or advice for me?

Never taken (or heard of that med). Just don't give up in finding the right med combo for you. Sometimes it takes awhile till the meds to work. Take care. Remember you are not alone.

Hello. I started taking Trintellix 5mg recently and have also had issues staying asleep. Has your sleep improved over time?
