Many thanks for all your replies I am aware that depressants can lose their effectiveness over years I was on Fluoxetine for many years and they began to lose their effectiveness and switched to Fluvoxamine..which after several months ot increasing of the dose didn`t work at all..I am now about to try Venlafaxine and hope they help.....thanks again everyone.
