While I appreciate the poetic nature of this, I do my best not to relate. If you can relate, I hope it passes and you are able to find something more worthwhile than seeking out what is already inevitable.
You know they say depression is a blessing in disguise - in that it helps us to slow down our quickened minds and refocus. I`d say that depression points to the need for change. Can you change anything to make your life better South? And I mean LIFE. If not then perhaps it is a matter of acceptance. Look for the tiniest of things to be grateful about. Your poem is expressive and can be a good form of release. You are here for a reason because you matter and no-one can argue with that. You have the chance to make a difference if you haven`t already. Not sure of your capabilities but I think you could do well in the artistic field be it painting, music, writing etcetera. They are all ways to be expressive and could help you a lot. Immerse yourself in nature where you can. I find the birds and the flowers outdoors can have a wonderful calming effect. Take care x
