Walked away from Facebook

For my self care, I quit Facebook. I would rather fill up my time with supportive communities like this one, not toxic ones.

Also I got abusive messages on there and they didn’t do anything about it. One guy told me to do something to myself that was pretty bad

When people are anonymous, sometimes their true self comes out. There are unfortunately a lot of people in the world who are jerks.

Yash!!! I quit Facebook too. You should know, however, sometimes even on here some people post and say some questionable things sometimes. Just be on your guard. We're all supposed to be respectful on here.

I have snoozed so many people and unfollowed so many others most of my FB is recipes and cat videos .

I have FB but it's for family only. That way I dint get the garbage that others I've seen get. I have family support on there. I know some of the people on here don't have the family support and that's a shame. Some of my family I don't see but maybe one time in several years. That's only reason I have FB.
