Long story short is I have panic disorder and I recently purchased “Hope and Help for Your Nerves” by Dr. Claire Weekes after seeing it recommended by many on here. This book has completely changed my perspective on my panic attacks and anxiety. If you want some really good insight and information about those things GO READ THIS BOOK! I’m not promising it’ll cure you but it will definitely make you feel like you’re not alone and that it is possible to get through this!

I recommend the book all the time I sure hope you saw it in one of my posts please read my post why aren't more people following me. I have the paper back version and I'll never get rid of it I only turn to it when I need it which luckily isn't that often. Dr Claire Weeks is one of the founders of CBT therapy. She was way way ahead of her time.

There are also videos of Dr. Weekes available on Youtube that are great. She definitely was ahead of her time. Also, if you find you need additional help/support you could check out the DARE book and program by Barry McDonagh, he credits Dr. Weekes and his program builds on her approach with practical, easily understandable methods to resolve panic and anxiety. There are also apps for you phone that are helpful. It helped me through a rough patch a number of months ago.
I just came back on this site to look up a Claire Weekes book that i saw someone speak of on here. I'm definitely going to order it.
