Any reassuring YouTube speakers to recommend?

I need something to propel me into the day that may be new and inpsiratonal. I believe in a loving God but no amount of prayer has made my GAD or depression any better. Thank you for your advice..

Brene Brown YouTube and Netflix. She talks about vulnerability and shame in a way which, strangely enough, lightens my load about feeling I should be different (I.e. not depressed, anxious, angry, frustrated etc). I t may not help you, but give it a try. Lynne
