Hi, I'm hoping some of you could suggest books to help me go through depression, but nothing like self-help books. Thank you

When I'm feeling down I love reading Edgar Allen Poe or H.P. Lovecraft.

the series Blue is for Nightmares series is a great series that is fun but within it lies a few issues you may relate to- as all books do. I hope you look into it and can enjoy it. Its a series I couldn't put down! :)

My favorite book this year by far is Matt Haig’s Reasons to Stay Alive. It’s not self-help. It’s his own story of depression and anxiety, and it’s full of wisdom and hope. A very easy read, too.

Francine Rivers has a number of fiction books which have given me a lift when I am feeling down! "A Voice in the Wind" might be a good one to start with.
