Things that have been working well for me:

10 minute breathing exercises followed by 20 minute meditation

Gratitude journal

Going for walks

Focusing on one task at a time

Please feel free to list things that have been working for you. Thank you!

Hi Livelydively, great coping skills. I have daily Meditation/Breathing , focus on Gratitude and Blessings in my life. I keep a Positive attitude and Believe things happen for a reason.

Life is truly a journey where we can learn from our experiences. A good reminder post :) xx

Pretty much all those same things. Drinking lots of water and eating well. This past month has been very difficult so my nerves are shot from fight or flight. Just trying to recover. I know it takes a while to get back to “normal” but I’m so ready 😂
