I'm overwhelmed

So much pulling at me I'm restless and annoyed I don't like being stressed out. My weight bothering me to ugh

Hi Darknlovely1972. While I don’t have a weight problem myself, I was feeling overwhelmed last night about family issues. Talking to my sister last night helped to put a lot of good and productive thoughts and ideas into my head. Perhaps confiding in a family member or a friend that you can trust, may help you to feel better, even if it might not necessarily solve your problems.

Ditto here. I'm trying to sleep and I just can't. I'm living with my elderly parents these days, if I get up and start walking around, they hear the floors creaking and then they wake up and get mad at me just for walking around at night!!! I can't win here.

Are you feeling any better since your post? I also have alot gong on and my anxiety is so high. I try to keep my hands busy which keeps my mind busy. I do arts and crafts or garden. I try to get outdoors as much as possible tho I suffer from fatigue. For example, I'll go for a small walk in the woods. Do you have any favorite spot or activity outdoors? I'm struggling bad with my weight. One of my medicines I think is causing it but I try to force myself to go for that short walk if I'm physically able but the medicine causes severe hunger and sleep eating so it's hard. I just started a regimen of trying eat a bit healthier or less carbs and sugar. I've never been this heavy so it's hard for me right now. If you need to chat, we are here.

I also have anxiety and weight problems. I have to lose about 5 stone. Do you have a problem losing or gaining weight? If it is losing weight like me there is a weight loss support group here on health unlocked that I post to and it is really helpful and supportive. They are called Weight Loss Support. I would recommend it very much. I often feel overwhelmed with weight loss and other anxiety inducing things in my life but take it 1 day or 1 meal or 1 exercise at a time.
