This was a nice message to see this morning. I have recently experienced a bout of anxiety that I have never had before and it’s so frightening. Although it has improved a bit it just hangs around especially first thing in the morning and the days seem so long, scary and hard to get through.

I hope things change quickly as I’m so fed up of it now. Then I see people who say they live with anxiety for years and that frightens me even more.

It changes all the time ! if we work on understanding the things that trigger it we can start to control it, I found that if I fill my mind with methods and understand of how we think, it get easier to cope and control. My teacher on this was Wayne W Dyer, listening to his programs over and over, eventual I gained control, so can you.

Losing hope.

Very long text ahead. I need to get this off my chest. The weight of it makes it hard to breathe....
