I don't have anyone to talk to.

I have an awesome team of professional people working with me on my depression & anxiety. However, I have absolutely no one else. If I'm having a tough time or just need to talk to someone, there is no one. Long story, but my daughters are out and so are my 2 best friends. All for different reasons. If it's at night or the weekend I'm totally alone. Any suggestions would be so helpful.
