How do you handle knowing you’re alone? Knowing there’s no one looking out for you? No one to care. Just no one. I lost my friends and sister to caregiving, a move, lost job and now covid. Just sitting here realizing that my impact on society is negligible at best. Who would miss me? The anxiety, depression, PTSD is eating me alive.

Alone and in a very negative place
Hi MayBallet, I’m compassionate about things are changing in your life at the moment. A lot of adjustments we have to face and flow with them through out our life journey. I turn to Nature, valuable literatures and my lovely fur baby to find inner peace. Also, I meditate throughout the day. I find yoga can help me relax and strengthen my body. In addition, healthy eating promotes our mental health. I hope by working on your mindset combining with appropriate medical treatment plan and therapy will help you in the long run. Much love and lights to you. 😊🙏☮️
I can understand your situation. Many are there who have been lost their jobs due to COVID and many are there who are still struggling with their lives. To overcome this loneliness you should take a healthy diet, and do some yoga and meditation. Never go for any pills or drugs for this as it can harm you with some severe side effects(as per the canadapharmacy.com website).
My prayers are with you and everyone would miss you!
Yeah Ballet, it seems like your negative thinking patterns got the best of you on that one. Maybe start small and string some small wins together. Covid lockdowns are loosening and we're starting to get some freedoms back; consider exploring out incrementally. Consider also a local church. Lot's of folk there looking for connection(s)--you definitely wouldn't be alone. If you're already going to a church, consider connecting deeper via small groups, volunteering and the like.
Hi. welcome to the community. We all try to support and look out for one another. Even if you don't write a single post, you might find that you're less alone and a part of this caring community 👍
MayBallet, Your post touched me so deeply. I can identify with some of your feelings. I just want to give you a huge ((hug))!
You are not alone. I look forward to getting to know you better. Rach
