.... get extreme anxiety and shakiness being out in public??? like, as if everyone is looking at you seeing all your issues and depression straight down into your soul??? why is going out even to the store SUCH a huge chore???augh!

I definitely feel like that sometimes. It feels like everyone is ok but me and that they can all tell I’m off. I keep going out though, just make myself. I think it’s helpful to just do it. I don’t know though, this is all so new to me.
