I am new here not sure how this is going to go. I have suffered from depression and anxiety and was recently diagnosed with ptsd for over half my life. I know the problems that make my issues worse but I am the type of person who avoids conflict so I can’t bring myself to say anything to my family it may sound childish but I am a middle child and I feel past over and it’s frustrating and makes me sad.
