Yes, I have. My anxiety was really bad for a few months I finally get to the point of being able to get ahold of my anxiety but my depression is slowing me down. I just feel I'm a complete mess
I started out with anxiety have had that for years. However with the pandemic things got worse and morphed into depression. The depression is now unbearable and on top of that I have noticed my anxiety rising at the same time.
