Does anynone else's anxiety worsen right before work i tend to find my self feeling a little like s**t before a start a shift at work?

Exactly how I feel like 5 mind before clocking but am alright once am there

Feel like wrapping it in at times when it gets to much but I like to be occupied keep my mind d busy x

I am sort of dreading going back now, my place is still out. The change again will be strange after a long time, but at least I have very little hours.
