Can MDD be cured naturally?.. I'm in the midst of a severe bout....I read a lot about eating good.. exercise...gut health....I also have really bad anxiety right now also so that doesn't help. I know that would take a long time and I'm not sure if I have that time to play with...I never thought life would end up like this...

I was diagnosed with MDD and for a very long time I wasn't taking enough Zoloft for the medication to be effective. Once they upped my dose I have to say, that stuff really works. But until then it was truly awful. I had no range of emotions at all. Just completely stuck. I feel like I completely understand where you are coming from, and I wanted there to be a solution independent of medication too. But for me there was not. And what is truly difficult is that medication is very individualized. What works for me may not work for you. So it takes time to find the right medication that works. But I am a big believer in it.Hoping you are finding hope and wishing you well from afar.
