Please don't give up!. I feel this way too! Things are bad, yes...will they get better? Well I can't imagine things can get much worse. I'm glad you came here...there is a lot of support. Please reach out to someone...a friend, family member, even a hot line. You will feel better in time. Find something to distract yourself...tv, a walk, internet. Just keep going!
