I feel really weird

Hi, I feel like I’ve drank 10 cups of coffee (but I’ve had no caffeine or anything like that) and now I’m spacing out while feeling hyper? Can anyone tell me what’s going on 😅

It looks like that’s normal (but on the high side). I don’t know what’s going on with you but I’m here for you.

Welcome to my club. I feel awake yet sleepy and the other way around at times.

It’s really weird! I can’t stop spacing out as well

Yeah I think it’s minor anxiety for you. Or just nervousness. Or just a simple rush of adrenaline. Spacing out is a symptom of anxiety

Maybe if you have some melatonin it can help you sleep and focus

It’s so weird! Now I feel like everything is shutting down and going numb

Have you ever been diagnosed with focal seizures ? Sometimes when you are high in anxiety or when you’re subconscious is still stressing or anxiety induced this can happen.. you could be experiencing a panic/anxiety attack.

Hi lion hopefully you’re feeling better now. I fell asleep 😅😅

But I hope you symptoms subsided. It did seem like it was anxiety at its finest.

I had something like this yesterday. I had fast food which I rarely do. I think all the salt messed me up a bit. Feeling back to normal today. It could just be a form of a panic attack too. They come in all shapes and sizes. Hope you feel better soon.

It's a combination of things, I feel it too. It's Spring and we're all feeling a bit manic and excited. Combine that with this strange pandemic, so there's sadness going on too, so we're going through mixed states and we're rapid cycling, It's where you feel sad for awhile and then you feel really happy and excited for awhile, and you switch back and forth and you feel like you're really going crazy. The weather patterns are affecting us too. I live in Michigan, about two days ago it was sunny and warm, then yesterday it became cold, dropped down to about 40 degrees, and we had a short halestorm around 3pm, where little balls of ice come raining down from the sky. So the weather is rapid cycling in a sense too. Is this what you're experiencing or do you feel weird in some other way???

No this isn’t just feeling emotions. It’s hard to put into words. It’s like my mind has just freaked out or something and now I can’t feel anything

Like you feel numb or cold? I'm just trying to help. How else do you feel?

in reply to

Thank you for trying to help! My hands are cold and my heart is beating a little fast and I feel so spacey like I’m in a dream

Do you feel like you want to fall asleep? I feel somewhat the same way.
