What are some of your coping skills for anxiety?
I watch comedies and mediate.
Do you mind me asking what your favorite comedies are?
I've just finished watching the Office. I know it's old but I never got around to watching bit.
I love "The Office." I need to watch it all the way through though!
I need to meditate more.

I try to organize a drawer or clean a corner. It makes me feel like I did something.
Me too. I do need to fill I did something to the house, plus for myself care
I sing a soulful song as expressively as I can, which may be doing several biological things at once (breathing, physical movement, synchronizing brain activity throughout the body). 🎶
Coping skills that I have used are cleaning closets and drawers, vacuuming the house,
do meditation and check on my breathing. Find what works for you. xx

Mediation. Watch or read stuff that makes me laugh.
Counting backwards from ten down to on, going thru the alphabet in my head or thinking step by step what I will make for my next meal helps me.
Loud music. House work
