I try to organize a drawer or clean a corner. It makes me feel like I did something.

Me too. I do need to fill I did something to the house, plus for myself care

I sing a soulful song as expressively as I can, which may be doing several biological things at once (breathing, physical movement, synchronizing brain activity throughout the body). 🎶

Coping skills that I have used are cleaning closets and drawers, vacuuming the house,

do meditation and check on my breathing. Find what works for you. :) xx

Hi! My favorite coping skills are: taking hot showers, listening to music, reading, & foot baths with Epsom salts.
