Mine is to put on my headphones when waiting in an office,
sometimes the sound isn't even on lol xx
I know and why we hostile work environment I use earplugs and they like to bang things even louder in the office they are worse than children
My ear buds are in during all my break time at work so I'm unapproachable. Questionable behavior at best, avoidant for certain....but it's what I have to do to cope with my toxic workplace.
I'm always listening to the meditation app Insight Timer... it's the best free content BY FAR!! Solfeggio frequencies, every nature sound you could want, live podcasts, thousands of guided meditation and music with no fees.
Insight timer is the app I use as well. The lessons learned are phenomenal.

Wow! I'm a novice compared to your stats! I just love all the original composers and their music. binaural beats & different Hertz vibrations, ambient music and nature sounds are the favorites I gravitate toward. Thunderstorm ⛈️ ocean, river and rainforest cuz I have an affinity for 💦🌊 water sounds. It soothes me deeply.
I've wandered away from the guided meditation and teaching aspects of the app. Sound therapy is what I've turned this into, I guess. I used to listen to Buddhist teachings regularly. It's where I found jack Kornfield Tara brach Sharon Salzburg sad guru and many others podcasts and teachings. I should get back to you the live sessions and yoga more often.
When YouTube turned into my platform for research and videos, I lost Insight Timers educational aspect...I should revisit that. Thank you for bringing that back to my attention.
