Hi everyone yesterday my sister told me let's go to customs to try to find some kind help with my situation she told me yesterday.after that i start thinking going though ever scenario she offered to speak for me since i have anxiety and can't speak but my social anxiety kicked in and self doubt negative thoughts .i couldn't fall a sleep Easily i hate feeling this way

I have same social anxiety like if i have a presentation in front of the class i get really nervous about it i even can't sleep the night before, but what is helping me to control anxiety is to hold something in your hands a paper or pen to feel like you have control over your emotions it helped me a lot yesterday in my graduation project presentation and i wasn't anxious at all..
