For those people who can do so EXCERCISE is a great way of aiding both mind and body. It can certainly help reduce both anxiety and depression through the increase in circulation. Walking, running, cycling, yoga etcetera are just a few different ways. It needn`t be boring.
Of course some people may not be physically able to do those things. In which case MASSAGE of the body can be equally beneficial and if cannot be done yourself it is worth asking if someone can give a helping hand. There are some great physios out there.
